(aslyum.service.urdu)

(asylum.service.Pakistan)

If you are an Urdu-speaker in mainland Greece and want to get a white card and apply for asylum, the Skype account which you need to call is aslyum.service.urdu
There is no other Skype account which you can call. If you have been calling asylum.service.pakistan, please delete it and instead call asylum.service.urdu

It is still difficult to get an answer but calling on Skype is the only way. Please also remember that you must call on the correct days at the correct times. Urdu-speakers in Athens area can call from Monday to Thursday (2pm-3pm), while Urdu-speakers in the rest of Greece can call on Mondays (2pm-3pm), Wednesdays (2pm-3pm) and Thursdays (11am-12).

The Mobile Info Team is not the Asylum Service. We cannot give you a white card. We cannot make the Asylum Service pick up your call. We cannot call you if you write your number without any explanation why. If you think we can help you with something else, please write a message to our Facebook page (in Urdu, Punjabi or good English) explaining your situation.
